The duration, content and delivery format of each course is based on a clear assessment of you clients' needs and other factors such as the size of their organization, participant skills and a clearly defined set of learning outcomes.
Our courses are very dynamic, team based and can be held on the client’s premises or alternatively a suitable venue can be arranged. The only requirement is to have one internet-connected personal computer per team of three participants with a recommended minimum internet connection speed of at least 150kbps.
For large scale training courses, including educational events at universities and other educational institutions where hundreds of participants can be involved simultaneously, we train teachers and lecturers to become Simprentis-accredited facilitators. They are then able to facilitate PetroChallenge educational events and courses held locally fully-supported by Simprentis Facilitators and our Specialist Experts.
Simprentis has delivered training courses to over 25000 participants. We have found that there is no substitute to energetic, on-location facilitators who, along with our Specialist Experts can totally engage the participants by sharing their in-depth knowledge and thus creating a truly dynamic learning experience.
